Event Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in all Radyan Entertainment events, managed and organized by Radyan Entertainment LLC, 10740 Tube Dr, Unit #35, Production House #35, Hurst, Tarrant County, TX 76053, USA.

Ticket Purchase and Refunds

All tickets, experiences, and extras include applicable taxes. Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation or date changes preventing attendance. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method only.

No refunds will be issued for inclement weather. Please bring suitable outdoor clothing.

Radyan Entertainment is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets or wristbands once received.

Tickets and wristbands are strictly non-transferable and remain the property of Radyan Entertainment. Reselling or unauthorized transfer is prohibited.

Photography and Media Consent

By entering the event premises, attendees consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed for use in media including, but not limited to, television, film, social media, advertising, and promotional materials globally.

Payment Plans

Radyan Entertainment may offer installment-based payment plans for select events. By choosing this option, customers authorize automatic deductions on scheduled dates. Failure to complete payments may result in booking cancellation and forfeiture of prior payments.

Venue and Entry Requirements

Valid tickets and government-issued photo ID are required for entry.
Tickets are exchanged for wristbands upon entry; replacements will not be issued for lost wristbands.
Under-18 attendees must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Maximum of two minors per adult.
Radyan Entertainment reserves the right to deny admission to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol or behaving inappropriately.
Security checks, including bag searches, may be conducted upon entry.

Prohibited Items

Outside alcohol, food, or beverages
Weapons, fireworks, illegal substances, glass, and aerosol containers
Professional cameras or drones without prior authorization
Promotional materials or merchandise for sale without written consent

General Terms

Exposure to loud sound may cause hearing damage. Strobe lighting and special effects may be in use. Attendees are advised to take necessary precautions.

Trading, unauthorized sales, or promotions at the venue are strictly prohibited.

Radyan Entertainment is not responsible for personal belongings, travel, or accommodation costs related to event attendance.

By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to abide by all venue and event regulations.
